Duties

• Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development.
• Facilitate engaging lessons and activities that promote curiosity, social skills, and early intervention strategies for children with diverse needs.
• Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to create a safe, inclusive environment conducive to learning and play.
• Conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing standards to monitor each child's progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers through clear communication about developmental milestones, classroom activities, and child welfare concerns.
• Incorporate specialized knowledge such as special education strategies and behavior management to support children with unique learning requirements.
• Maintain organized classroom environments that encourage independence, exploration, and respect for individual differences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and curriculum development.
• Experience with toddlers care, literacy education, math instruction, and teaching physical education activities.
• Familiarity with Montessori methods and experience integrating these approaches into daily lesson planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
• Background in special education or early intervention programs is highly desirable.
• Certification or training in childhood development or early childhood education is preferred; ongoing professional development encouraged.
