Job Summary
We are seeking two preschool teachers excited to join our community based program.
It may be possible to pivot one of these roles into a young toddler teaching position if the ideal candidate has more experience or interest with our younger students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging activites fosters growth academically and socially and emotionally
- Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure safety, foster positive behavior management, and encourage independence among children.
- Support early intervention efforts by identifying developmental needs and collaborating with specialists or families to provide appropriate support.
- Facilitate inclusive activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, including children requiring special education or additional support.
- Communicate regularly with parents and families about children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones in a clear and positive manner.
- Develop strong working relationships with other members of our teaching team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in a licensed center
- Lead teacher certified
- Availability between 8-5pm M-F
- Willingness and flexibility to learn and grow
- Reliability and resourcefulness
Benefits

- 22 paid holidays per week including 2 weeks of for winter break
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
