<Responsibilities>

• Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive redirection.
• Engage children in activities that support childhood development milestones and early intervention techniques.
• Collaborate with families to communicate children’s progress and address individual needs related to special education or behavioral challenges.
• Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization in accordance with childcare standards.

<Experience>

• Prior classroom experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education principles.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and families.
• Proven ability to manage classroom activities using effective classroom management strategies.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
