Early Childhood Teachers - Toddlers

Hours:

• 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Four 10 hour shifts, M-F with a rotating day off each week, 40 hours total

Starting Pay: $19 per hour with potential performance-based raise after 30 days

Starting Timeframe: Late January

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging learning experiences that support the social-emotional development, practical life skills, and academic growth of our students. You will work collaboratively with fellow educators to follow each child's unique learning path, ensuring a holistic educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Montessori principles in daily activities and lessons.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Foster social-emotional skills and emotional intelligence through intentional guidance.
• Teach practical life skills and academics aligned with each child's developmental level.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's growth and development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom setting.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with young children.
• Ability to create a warm, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
