Job Description:

We are seeking a caring Nanny / Early Education Aide to join our nursery team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will assist in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, supporting their growth and development during the early years.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate educational and play activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom/nursery environment.
• Monitor children’s behavior, report concerns, and support positive discipline strategies.
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and colleagues regarding the progress and needs of children.
• Support children with special needs where required.
• Follow nursery policies, health & safety standards, and child protection guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school certificate with minimum 2 years’ experience in early childhood care/education OR completion of an Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) training program of at least 100 hours
• Certified vocational qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (CACHE – Level 2)
• At least 2 years of practical, hands-on experience working with young children in a nursery, school, or early education setting
• Must be available for immediate joining

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
