About Us
Nestled on a beautiful 12-acre campus in Jeffersonville, PA, The Pathway School is a nonprofit special education school serving students ages 5–21 from over 50 school districts and charter schools. We’re known for our innovative programs, strong sense of community, and commitment to helping students build the academic, social, and life skills they need to thrive.

And now… we’re growing! We’re excited to open a new Early Elementary Autistic Support Classroom, and we’re looking for amazing Registered Behavior Technicians to help bring it to life.

Registered Behavior Technicians...

• Work directly with students who have autism and other developmental needs in a supportive classroom setting.
• Implement individualized behavior plans designed by a BCBA.
• Help students build communication, social, and learning skills through fun and meaningful activities.
• Collect and track data to celebrate progress and guide next steps.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Be part of creating a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children with behavioral or instructional needs (ABA experience required!)
• A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Someone who is observant, organized, and energized by helping students succeed
• Background in education, psychology, child development, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Bonus points if you have experience with VB-MAPP or PEAK!

Schedule & Details

• 11-month position (School Year + Extended School Year)
• Monday–Friday | 7-hour workday
• Clinical/Behavior Department
• Reports to Director of Clinical/Behavior Services

A Quick Note About the Role This is an active, hands-on position that may include movement throughout the day (standing, walking, lifting, supporting students, etc.). You’ll also be trained in crisis prevention and safety techniques to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
