Early Head Start 0-3 Master Floater

As an Early Head Start Master Floater, you'll work under the direction of the Director to create a nurturing and dynamic classroom environment. You'll help plan and implement educational services, while also leading classroom activities that foster the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of children.

Your role will include:

• Developing individual educational plans for children
• Leading classroom teams to create an engaging, safe, and welcoming space
• Encouraging family involvement
• Providing hands-on care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing infants/toddlers
• Flexibility covering classrooms and full-time teacher leaves as needed
• Planning and evaluating developmentally appropriate activities in areas like language, literacy, music, science, and motor skills.

Employment Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
• Gateways Infant/Toddler level 5
• Gateways ECE Credential Level 5

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour
