Early Head start Lead Teacher

The Early Head Start (EHS) staff member is responsible for delivering comprehensive, developmentally appropriate services to infants, toddlers (ages 0–3), and their families in alignment with the Head Start Performance Standards. The role focuses on promoting children's growth in a safe, nurturing environment and supporting families in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities: For Teachers (Center-Based):

• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on each child’s developmental needs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
• Conduct ongoing developmental screenings and assessments.
• Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and conferences.
• Support health, nutrition, and mental wellness initiatives within the classroom.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
