The Early Head Start Center Based Teacher is responsible for working with all Wonder Years Acaedemy / Drake University Early Head Start (DEHS-EHS) staff to better meet the needs of Early Head Start children and their families as prescribed by the Head Start Performance Standards. This position provides quality services in the timeline mandated by the Head Start Performance Standards. The Early Head Start (EHS) Teacher is responsible for communicating effectively with infants, toddlers, their parents and other staff.
