Early Intervention Evaluator

Great opportunity!
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Intervention Evaluator to join our team in Nassau County. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting multidisciplinary evaluations for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) referred to the Early Intervention Program.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive developmental, psychological, and/or therapeutic evaluations in compliance with NYS Early Intervention Program standards.
• Collaborate with families and service coordinators to determine eligibility and service needs.
• Prepare thorough evaluation reports and submit documentation on time.
• Participate in IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Licensed and/or certified in one of the following disciplines: Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Demonstrated experience working with the birth-to-three population.
• Knowledge of Nassau County Early Intervention procedures and documentation requirements preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Sample Early Intervention Evaluation is required.

Compensation:
Competitive per-evaluation rates, commensurate with experience.
