Early Intervention Specialist/Infant Development Specialist

Our Early Intervention Program supports families with children (birth–3) experiencing or at-risk for developmental delays. We prioritize family-centered education, training, and support, aiming to boost child development. Services are provided in home and community-based "natural environments" to maximize engagement and growth.

Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
  • Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
  • Provide home-based services to families across the San Gabriel Valley area.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families.
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
  • Complete semi-annual reports to document children's progress.
  • Must attend any required training.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum requirements for interested candidates are a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Education, Psychology, or a related field, along with 1 year professional experience working with children from infant to toddler.
  • Must have a valid California Driver’s License with Insurance and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel to multiple work sites and client homes; reliable transportation needed.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
  • Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations, and clear TB testing based on company policies.
  • Working knowledge of Word, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply.Education:
