Our Early Intervention program provides high-quality developmental and therapeutic services to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers (birth to age 3) across NYC in the borough or zip code of your choice. Candidates must possess NYS LICENSE IN SOCIAL WORK- LMSW OR LCSW

About the Role:

We’re looking for a compassionate and NYS LICENSED SOCIAL WORKERS- LMSW/LCSWs to provide ABA services and who’s ready to make a difference. This is a hands-on role working with children who have developmental delays or disabilities, supporting their individual needs through specialized educational strategies and care. Services are provided at the child's home. Providers choose preferred areas (borough/ zip codes.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's unique strengths and challenges.
  • Use creative and inclusive teaching techniques to foster developmental progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (e.g., speech, occupational, and behavioral therapists).
  • Track and evaluate student progress; adapt methods as needed to maximize success.
  • Engage and support families, empowering them to be active participants in their child’s development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and assessments.
  • Stay current with best practices in early intervention and special education.

What You Bring:

  • NYS LICENCED SOCIAL WORK- LMSW/LCSW
  • Experience working with young children with special needs (especially in EI or preschool settings)
  • Strong understanding of early childhood milestones and evidence-based teaching methods
  • Empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for working with diverse learners
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
