We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and fosters a love for learning.
- Create lesson plans that incorporate various subjects, including math, literacy, and creative arts.
- Utilize early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and respect among students.
- Assess and document children's progress through regular observations and evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of Montessori methods is a plus.
- Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to various learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
