Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and fosters a love for learning.
• Create lesson plans that incorporate various subjects, including math, literacy, and creative arts.
• Utilize early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and respect among students.
• Assess and document children's progress through regular observations and evaluations.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of Montessori methods is a plus.
• Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development.
• Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to various learning styles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that supports all children’s needs.
