Integrated Medical Transport is currently seeking an upbeat, detail oriented and self motivated individual to join our team as an early morning dispatcher for our fleet of non-emergent medical transport vehicles. IMT is a dynamic and growing ambulance and para-transit company that is experiencing rapid growth throughout Pennsylvania.

This position is responsible for:

Daily scheduling and monitoring of company vehicles in the completion of their assigned trips.

Outstanding customer service skills are required to provide our drivers and clients with the necessary support to reach their appointments on time.

You will provide service to our clients and field team members through phone, computer, text, and email interactions.

Critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential to resolve client/staff concerns and scheduling issues as they arise.

This position requires the ability to identify and communicate directions throughout Pennsylvania.

Must have experience with data entry and general computer skills (Excel, Word, use of apps)

A successful candidate will be able to multi-task and work cooperatively in a small team environment.

The Early Morning Dispatch position is a Full-Time position, Monday through Friday within the hours of 3 am-11:00 am.

Previous experience preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
