Early Preschool/Preschool Teacher

As a Preschool Teacher, you will collaborate with caring staff, engage with families, and help create a positive learning environment where children thrive. Duties

Duties include but not limited to:

• Love children!!
• Pray for the children, families, and team at Garden City on a regular basis
• Engage with infants through interactive play, stories and songs
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents and team members
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for the needs and/or problems of the children as individuals and as a group
• Prepare weekly lesson plans
• Keep parents informed daily how their child did that day
• Have fun!!

Requirements

• TB Test, if applicable
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Food Handlers Card
• First Aid/CPR - Child/Infant and Adult (In Person Training only)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 25 hours of professional development online or in person annually-Free to employee
• 6+ months experience in a child care setting, preferred
• An open heart, endless enthusiasm, and a lively personality that fits perfectly with our vibrant atmosphere.
