About The Company

Delve automates compliance for hundreds of fast-growing startups — companies like Lovable, 11x, and Wispr Flow rely on Delve to eliminate busywork and ship securely. Backed by Insight Partners, General Catalyst, and Y Combinator, Delve recently raised a $32M Series A and is rapidly scaling its engineering team. Our founders and engineers come from OpenAI, Stanford, MIT, and Berkeley, united by the goal of automating tedious work at scale.

About The Role

Seeking a New Grad/Early Software Engineer to ship features, contribute to AI systems, and work across the stack with mentorship from senior engineers. Must relocate to SF and work in-person.

We’re looking for a New Grad/Early Software Engineer — someone technically sharp, hungry, and ready to learn fast. You’ll ship production-grade features alongside senior engineers, contribute to AI-powered systems, and work across the stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js).

Expect autonomy, live mentorship from ex-OpenAI engineers, and the chance to build impactful products from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Ship features across the stack with mentorship from senior engineers
  • Contribute to AI-driven product features in production
  • Rapidly prototype ideas, test with users, and iterate fast
  • Write clean, maintainable code and own small projects end-to-end
  • Work in-person daily with a high-context, fast-moving team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in CS or related field from Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, Harvard, or Northeastern
  • Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript
  • Evidence of independent projects, hackathon wins, or open-source contributions
  • SF-based or willing to relocate (in-person, 5 days/week)
  • Green-carpet GitHub candidates / “cracked” engineers

Required Skills

  • Python
  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Node.js
  • AI-driven product development
  • Prototyping
  • Clean code writing
  • Project ownership

Benefits

  • 100% medical, dental & vision coverage (for you; partial for dependents)
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Unlimited PTO + federal holidays
  • GrubHub stipend + all meals covered in-office
  • Gym membership covered
  • Frequent team dinners, events, and off-sites
  • The opportunity to eliminate busywork for humanity

Team members

  • founders and engineers from OpenAI, Stanford, MIT, and Berkeley
