A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Assisting with event logistics for campus career fairs—from registrations to swag distribution
- 
Using Handshake and our Application Tracking System (ATS) to send messages to students ahead of the career fair.
- 
Reviewing resumes to identify standout candidates and collaborating with recruiters
- 
Inputting resumes from career fairs into our ATS and sending rejection emails to candidates
- 
Scheduling virtual and in-person interviews and coordinating calendars across teams and time zones, including candidate communication and follow-ups
- 
Tracking candidate and intern data to keep our systems accurate and up to date
- 
Maintaining organized recruiting pipelines, reports, and shared resources for the team
- 
Gain exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle, including how offers are extended and candidates are supported through the process
- 
Assisting with onboarding, training and learning and development once students join ARCO
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Enrolled in HR, Business, Communications, or related degree program
- 
Passion for recruiting, campus engagement, and talent development
- 
Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- 
Confident, professional communicator who can proactively manage tasks
- 
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
