Job Overview:

We are seeking a caring, creative, and dedicated Early Years Urdu Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing young learners’ Urdu language skills through engaging, age-appropriate teaching methods in a warm and nurturing classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Urdu language skills (speaking, listening, reading, and basic writing) to Early Years students.
• Plan and deliver interactive, play-based, and student-centered lessons.
• Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assess students’ progress and maintain accurate records.
• Use creative teaching tools such as stories, rhymes, flashcards, and activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning.
• Follow school policies and maintain classroom discipline.
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and school events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred).
• Proficiency in Urdu (spoken and written).
• Prior experience teaching Early Years or Primary students is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
