Early Years Academic Coordinators

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Early Years Academic Coordinator to oversee, guide, and support the academic and administrative operations of the Early Years section. The role requires strong leadership, curriculum knowledge, and the ability to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Early Years curriculum in line with school standards.
• Monitor student progress and ensure assessment systems are effectively implemented.
• Coordinate teacher training, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, academic guidelines, and child safeguarding standards.
• Maintain effective communication between teachers, parents, and school leadership.
• Assist in developing learning resources and activities that foster holistic development in young learners.
• Supervise classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• coordinator : 2 years (Preferred)
