The Role

As an Early Years English Educator, you will not "deliver" lessons. Instead, you will:

• Cultivate an immersive linguistic environment where English is the natural medium of discovery.
• Foster authentic dialogue through play-based learning, rhythmic storytelling, and shared experiences.
• Observe and document the subtle shifts in a child’s confidence and linguistic expression.
• Collaborate with a team that views education as a holistic, relational journey rather than a series of benchmarks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational Background: A degree in Early Childhood Education, Linguistics, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience working in an inquiry-based or progressive setting (Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or Waldorf experience is a plus).
• Communication: Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Mindset: A commitment to continuous professional reflection and a desire to grow within a non-traditional educational framework.
