Early Years / Montessori Trained Teacher (FS1 & FS2)

Location: Al Warqa, Dubai
Job Type: Part-time / Freelance (with potential for growth)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years / Montessori-trained Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and confident in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons for FS1 and FS2 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver structured, play-based, and child-centred lessons aligned with Early Years/Montessori principles
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
• Observe, assess, and document student progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and the academic team

Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori or a related field
• Montessori training or Early Years certification is essential
• Proven experience teaching FS1 and FS2
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passionate, patient, and child-focused
• Must be able to commute to Al Warqa at least once a week
• Must have their own valid visa and transportation

Pay: AED60.00 - AED80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 6 per week
