East Coast Design Consultant - Trade Team

Zia Tile is a Los Angeles-based handmade tile manufacturer that sells high quality handmade products across the world. We are searching for a full time Client Consultant to further accelerate the expansion of our business by working with designers, architects, contractors, and installers to discuss all things tile related! The successful new hire will be based on the east coast and join the full-time Zia Tile team working primarily via phone and email, helping clients to answer questions about interior design, product specifications, lead times, ordering processes, shipping, and issue resolution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Generate excitement for handmade tile
• Manage the ordering process with prospective customers
• Provide product specifics, pricing, and excellent customer service to prospective customers
• Remain alert to competitive products and merchandising practices
• Maintain customer records and communicate with both the Zia Tile team and customers in a timely manner
• Quote preparation for projects
• Prioritize time-sensitive tasks in a fast paced environment
• Detail oriented and effective communicator that shows willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Proficient in using Zia's reporting tools - Zendesk, Netsuite, Shopify, back order and lead time tracking, logistics schedule, website, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
