The East Coast Sales Director we are looking for:
A disciplined, strategic, and team-oriented leader who can balance coaching, execution, and enterprise engagement. This person will oversee HFD’s East Coast sales team, spending about half their time in the field alongside their reps. They will ensure alignment with corporate partners, act as the point of escalation for key accounts, and represent HFD at key events. Their success will be measured by regional growth, consistency of execution, and the performance of the team they lead.
As an East Coast Sales Director, you will:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Area Managers along the East Coast.

Coach the team to performance metrics, ensuring accountability to sales volume, growth, and adoption.

Spend ~50% of the month co-traveling with area managers to drive sales acumen and best practices.

Serve as the point of escalation for key accounts and high-priority provider relationships.

Partner with corporate partners’ sales leadership to ensure strategy, messaging, and execution are aligned.

Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Provider Support to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor competitive activity and market trends, providing leadership with feedback to guide strategy.

Drive rollout of strategic initiatives and messaging, ensuring consistency across the region.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in dental, healthcare, or B2B2C financial services.

Proven ability to manage distributed teams and consistently deliver quota attainment.

Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on accountability and measurable outcomes.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, confident in executive-level and enterprise discussions.

Organized, resourceful, and able to balance strategy with in-field execution.

Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Base Salary + Monthly Commission: Competitive compensation package with monthly commission tied to regional sales performance.
