You support our team as
- Well verse with various customer standards and API standards.
- Ensure to meet team and individual KPI.
- Understanding of mechanical drawings and codes for day-to-day work.
- Lead technical discussion / presentation at customer site supporting sales team
- Coordination with internal department for achieving company goals.
- Identify the bottlenecks and provide solutions proactively.
- Generate opportunities with sales team.
- Manage effectively warranty cases in liaison with Service & Engineering, in the interest of EBKSA business policies.
- Lead and coordinate internally to ensure all processes are completed on time.
- Take the lead in resolving customer complaints related to contract.
- Maintaining quality management system and developing awareness of importance of the QMS throughout the organization.
- Coordination with IP team on non –strategic projects, wherever necessary.
- Coordinating/Conducting customer training.
- RCA and troubleshooting support.
- Record keeping of all bad actors.
- Manage upgrade and retrofit cases.
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ technical experience working in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or related industries.
- Have knowledge of pumps construction, commissioning, O&M, and Seals.
- Have good trouble shooting skills, RCA techniques (able to manage internally and lead those discussions).
- Have good understanding of failure analysis techniques.
- Experience with large and complex organizations.
- Appropriate computer and IT systems skills/knowledge (MS office, document management), experience with processes, data structures and atomization of reporting and analysis
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
