Shift: Night (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Location: Onsite – PECHS Block 6, Karachi

Job Summary:
Xtend Systems is looking for a skilled eBook Formatter & Publisher to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in formatting, structuring, and publishing eBooks across multiple platforms with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Format eBooks for Amazon Kindle, Draft2Digital, and other publishing platforms.
• Ensure consistency in layout, font, and design throughout each eBook.
• Edit and convert files (Word, PDF, EPUB, MOBI) for compatibility.
• Upload and publish eBooks according to client specifications.
• Review proofs to ensure high-quality output and fix formatting errors.
• Collaborate with the writing and quality assurance teams for smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in eBook formatting and publishing (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Calibre, Kindle Create, and related tools.
• Strong attention to detail and layout consistency.
• Good English comprehension and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be comfortable with night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
• Onsite position – PECHS Block 6, Karachi.
