Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an eBook Front Cold Caller based in Karachi Division. The eBook Front Cold Caller will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, introducing teksoar.’s digital solutions, and building relationships to generate leads. Additional tasks include effectively communicating the value of our products and services, responding to inquiries, maintaining a detailed record of call outcomes, and providing support to the sales team to achieve targets. Successful candidates will possess a customer-focused mindset and have a professional approach to outbound communication.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in telephone outreach and client interactions
  • Basic understanding of branding, IT consulting, and digital marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed customer records and managing CRM tools
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve set sales or outreach targets
  • Previous experience in outbound sales or customer service is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Urdu and English, is preferred
