eBook Production Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated eBook Production Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in eBook, paperback, hardcover, audiobook formatting, conversion, quality assurance, editing, proofreading, book marketing, and publishing processes across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Format and convert manuscripts into ePub, MOBI, PDF, and other digital publishing formats
• Ensure eBooks meet platform-specific guidelines and quality standards
• Perform quality checks to identify and resolve formatting, layout, content, and typographical issues
• Edit and proofread manuscripts for grammar, consistency, structure, and readability
• Support basic book marketing activities such as metadata optimization, keyword setup, and listing improvements
• Coordinate with designers and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage multiple eBook production projects and meet deadlines
• Upload and publish eBooks on various digital publishing platforms
• Maintain production records and project status reports

Requirements

• 1 year+ of experience in eBook Production, Digital Publishing, or a related field
• Knowledge of ePub, MOBI, Kindle, and other digital publishing formats
• Familiarity with eBook conversion and formatting tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• Experience with Amazon KDP, IngramSPark, Barnes & Noble, LuLu and other publishing platforms will be a plus
