Ebook Upseller (Full-Time)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Ebook Upseller to join our growing publishing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with existing and prospective clients, understanding their publishing goals, and recommending additional services that help authors successfully publish, promote, and market their books.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads and existing clients.
• Promote and upsell ebook publishing services and packages.
• Recommend additional services such as editing, formatting, cover design, audiobook production, marketing, and book promotion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with authors and clients.
• Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of $10,000 through upselling and client conversions.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the publishing process.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Positive attitude and professional work ethic.

• Location: 57 A, Commercial Area A, Phase 2 DHA, Karachi, Pakistan (4th Floor)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
