Ebooks Front Sales

We are seeking a motivated E-Books Front Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, promote digital publishing services, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate will communicate confidently with clients, understand their publishing needs, and recommend suitable e-book solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls, chats, and emails from potential clients
• Present and sell e-book publishing and related services
• Follow up with leads and close sales effectively
• Maintain accurate client and sales records
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of e-books or digital publishing (preferred)
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Target: $5-10k
Location: PECHS block 6, Karachi
Shift: Evening/Night
