Designation : ECG/ECHO Technician
Department : Cardiology
Qualification : Diploma/ GED required
Experience : 2 yrs & Above
Reporting to : Manager - Operations
(**Males Preferred**)
1. Explains the function and process of ECG exams to patients prior to the test.
2. They have to perform the shift duties at schedule time.
3. Record the ECG of patients referred by Medical officer. They must enter the data in central monitoring computer and put cardiac monitor whenever new patient is admitted in CCU & do continuous monitoring of ECG/B.P/SpO2/IBP.
4. Upkeep of all type of ECG machines & other electronic gadgets like Defibrillator & Multiparameter cardiac monitors etc.
5. Holding the charge of ECG machine & other electronic equipments installed in CCU & other workplaces where he/she is assigned to perform duties.
6. They must have sound knowledge of different type of ECG patterns and other cardiac parameters.
7. They must be present and give technical support to assist Doctors in any emergency. They will also assist the Doctors in Non Invasive procedure like TMT, Stress Echo, Dobutamine Stress Echo and TEE in Non-Invasive cardiology labs (NIC lab).
8. To perform Holter monitoring independently by analyzing all ECG data of 24 hour/48 hour recording in NIC lab.
9. They must be able to undertake some minor repairing & caliberating work of cardiac equipments.
10. Maintaining the records related to their work.
11. Train & Teach Jr. ECG technicians to upgrade their skills and technical knowledge.
12. Doing any other duties related to technical work assigned by Superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
