Eco-Tourism Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking an Eco-Tourism Coordinator to oversee and manage daily eco-tourism operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, tourism knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, guides, and internal teams. The Eco-Tourism Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Ecolotrip LLC’s reputation for excellence in sustainable tourism.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate eco-tourism activities including tour scheduling, documentation, and client support.
• Liaise with clients, guides, and community partners to ensure efficient communication.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and operational data.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns for eco-tourism programs.
• Prepare reports on tour performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing workshops, awareness programs, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s tourism regulations and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in tourism coordination, eco-tourism, or hospitality services.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable tourism practices and environmental awareness.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tourism management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
