ECO4 Administrative Assistant (Relevant ECO4 Experience Required)

We are looking for a reliable, well-organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and the ability to manage daily office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally in English
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with team members and clients
  • Provide administrative support to management

Requirements:

  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email handling
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred
  • ECO4 experience is a must
