Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage and optimize Ishna Silvers’ presence across leading online marketplaces and our D2C website. This role involves end-to-end ownership of product listings, inventory coordination, order processing, ad campaign support, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others, and will play a key role in driving online sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering a seamless customer experience

Key Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with online marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.)
• Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics (conversion rate, CTR, impressions, etc.)
• Knowledge of product listing best practices and SEO optimization
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis
• Familiarity with paid advertising tools (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and prioritize task

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ecommerce, or a related field
• Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Marketplace Management, or E-commerce Analytics are a plus
