Ecommerce Account Executive

Location: Gulshan Block 10-A, Karachi
Shift Timings: 8:00 PM – 05:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

About the Role

Red Feather Tech is hiring an E-commerce Account Executive to support and streamline our eCommerce operations across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have basic to intermediate knowledge of eCommerce platforms and be eager to grow in product sourcing, listings, automation workflows, and account handling.

You will work under senior managers to ensure smooth daily operations, order fulfillment, client coordination, and marketplace compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product hunting, product research, and identifying profitable items for online marketplaces.
• Support listing creation: titles, descriptions, keywords, and image coordination.
• Manage and maintain client accounts/stores on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok, and Etsy.
• Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with suppliers/distributors.
• Support customer service operations including responding to inquiries and resolving basic support issues.
• Monitor store health, performance metrics, and report any policy concerns.
• Assist senior team members in executing automation workflows and improving operational efficiency.
• Maintain WhatsApp Business activity and communicate updates to clients as guided.
• Help manage inventory coordination (Note: Clients will pay distributors directly).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, or TikTok Shop platforms.
• Familiarity with product research and listing fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Effective communication skills for handling client interactions.
• Ability to manage tasks under supervision and deliver timely results.
• Quick learner with interest in eCommerce and marketplace automation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
