Role Overview: Zomee is seeking an eCommerce & CRO Specialist to join the team. Reporting to the Director of Media & eCommerce, this is a pivotal role that supports the website and eCommerce sales conversion rates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the brand’s Shopify website to drive traffic, increase conversion, and improve the overall user experience.
  • Help implement strategies that leverage Shopify features, integrations, and add-ons to support sales growth and streamline operations.
  • Design and execute initiatives to drive upsell, repeat purchases and order value.
  • Partner with SEO specialist to implement technical SEO updates.
  • Partner with the Go to Market team to support campaigns and promotions with a presence on the website.
  • Partner with the paid media team to build landing page destinations designed for paid media conversion.
  • Partner with the product team to build product pages that promote the new benefits, features and products that Zomee creates.
  • Leverage Shopify analytics and other tools to track website performance, monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights for continuous improvements.
  • Execute and optimize Klaviyo Email and SMS marketing automations, manage lists, and track campaign performance and metrics.
  • Own end-to-end customer review management across e-commerce platforms.
  • launch monthly tests using an established testing framework and share results with team members.
  • Embrace a self-starter mentality and pursue new knowledge to help achieve key objectives.


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing or similar.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in eCommerce and Conversion Rate Optimization, preferably within a consumer goods or DTC brand using Shopify.
  • Hands-on experience with optimizing website performance and metrics including PageSpeed Insights.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and A/B testing tools such as Google Analytics 4, Shogun, A/B Tasty, PageSpeed Insights, and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Experience working in Klaviyo or other Email & SMS marketing automation system.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive e-Commerce success.
  • Strong understanding of promotional planning and measurement for eCommerce.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, media platform pixels, UTM structures, and tracking setups.
  • Experience with user consent management tools, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Photoshop.
