eCommerce Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Assistant to manage product listings and support daily operations across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with product listing, pricing analysis, and marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on multiple platforms including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, keywords, and images are properly optimized.
• Conduct pricing research and competitor analysis to maintain competitive product pricing.
• Handle all listing aspects including:
• Product variations
• SEO optimization
• Category selection
• Inventory updates
• Listing quality checks
• Monitor listing performance and update content when required.
• Coordinate with graphics and content teams for product images and descriptions.
• Manage product uploads in bulk and individually.
• Maintain product data accuracy and marketplace compliance.
• Identify listing errors, suppressed listings, or policy issues and resolve them promptly.
• Assist in marketplace promotions, discounts, and campaign setup when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience working on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of product listing processes and marketplace guidelines.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and competitor research.
• Familiarity with listing SEO and keyword optimization.
• Experience with listing tools, bulk uploads, or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in international marketplaces (UK / US stores preferred).
• Basic understanding of product research tools.
• Knowledge of image requirements and listing optimization techniques.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
