Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, technical, and data-driven Assistant Coordinator to support our operations and handle delegated tasks effectively. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who excels at Excel/Google Sheets, has hands-on experience managing Amazon/Noon seller accounts, and possesses a strong learning mindset.
You will work closely with the Coordinator to streamline daily operations, generate reports, and manage e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Handle all tasks delegated by the Coordinator efficiently and accurately.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales and operational data to generate detailed daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- E-commerce Management: Manage seller accounts on Amazon and Noon, including listing optimization, inventory health, and order processing.
- Performance Monitoring: Track store performance metrics and suggest data-backed improvements.
- Coordination: ensure smooth communication between departments and assist in logistical planning.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in E-commerce Account Management (Amazon & Noon experience is mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required. You must be comfortable handling large datasets.
- Language: Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Visa: Candidate must provide their own visa (spouse/parent/freelance).
- Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Sajja Industrial Area, Sharjah daily.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence and a professional attitude.
- A proactive learning mindset—willing to learn new systems and adapt quickly.
