eCommerce Associate – AI Integration & Catalog Management
Entry Level – No Experience Required

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will work as part of a small, dynamic eCommerce data team and learn the A–Z fundamentals of eCommerce catalog and marketplace operations.

You will help manage and optimize a large ToBeInStyle Brand eCommerce product catalog across multiple online marketplaces while researching, testing, and implementing AI tools, APIs, and automation solutions that improve the speed, accuracy, and scalability of our operations.

This is a hands-on position where you will gain practical experience working with marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Shein, Temu, Groupon, TikTok Shop, and others.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating, updating, and managing product listings individually and in bulk
• Maintaining accurate product information across multiple marketplaces
• Performing batch uploads, database updates, and catalog management
• Learning advanced listing operations such as redirects, add-ons, and variation structures
• Assisting with inventory control and bulk price updates
• Supporting listing optimization and content accuracy across platforms
• Researching new marketplaces and helping list our catalog on additional platforms
• Researching and testing AI tools that may improve eCommerce operations
• Using AI tools to assist with data organization, product content, research, and workflow optimization
• Exploring official marketplace tools, bulk-upload methods, APIs, and automation options
• Helping identify repetitive processes that can be completed more efficiently and accurately
• Printing labels and assisting fulfillment teams when needed

Over time, you will develop strong skills in eCommerce systems, marketplace operations, AI-assisted workflows, catalog management, and data optimization. This experience can significantly strengthen your resume and professional portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or other marketplaces
• Experience using ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar AI tools
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, Python, APIs, or basic programming
• A recent degree or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Management, Business Technology, or a related area

This position may be especially suitable for a recent graduate looking for an office-based opportunity where they can apply and develop skills related to their education.

No prior paid work experience is required. We are primarily looking for someone who is intelligent, curious, reliable, eager to learn, and interested in growing with the company.
