The E-Commerce Business Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the daily operations of the company’s online sales channels. This role ensures smooth execution of e-commerce activities by coordinating across marketing, logistics, IT, and customer service teams to drive online sales growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, images, descriptions, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate order processing, shipping, returns, and refunds with logistics and warehouse teams.
  • Ensure website and marketplace content is accurate and up to date.

Coordination & Execution

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams (marketing, IT, finance, customer service) and external vendors.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales.
  • Ensure timelines and deliverables are met across all e-commerce initiatives.

Marketing & Sales Support

  • Support digital marketing activities including email campaigns, online promotions, and marketplace offers.
  • Monitor sales performance and promotional effectiveness.
  • Assist in managing third-party marketplaces (eBay. Amazon, Shopify)

Data & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, and average order value.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and growth.

Customer Experience

  • Coordinate customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support initiatives to improve website usability and customer journey.
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or online sales.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or inventory management systems.
  • Understanding of SEO, paid ads, and online merchandising.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
