The Role:
We’re looking for an E-Commerce Content & Website Coordinator to ensure our website’s accuracy so customers can easily find products and identify upcoming events. The E-Commerce Content & Website Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing product and marketing content across our website. This role ensures that product descriptions, images, metadata, and promotional messaging are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, technology, and retail teams to ensure the site reflects new releases, promotions, community energy, and strategic goals.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Product drops go live cleanly, with the right info in the right place.
  • Site content is primed for SEO with thorough product descriptions and metadata.
  • Cross-functional teams see you as the go-to for most day-to-day activities on the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update site content regularly, including homepage, product pages, and events.
  • Maintain consistency of tone, voice, and style across all web content.
  • Manage product lifecycle on the site: selecting featured items, highlighting pre-release products, coordinating with inventory for timing and availability.
  • Work closely with leadership to understand website strategy and priorities; project manage work to bring these optimizations to life
  • Ensure product metadata, keywords, and tags are in place to support SEO.
  • Audit site content regularly to identify and correct errors or gaps.
  • Test and troubleshoot functionality and display issues across browsers and devices.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing and retail to ensure promotions, launches, and messaging are reflected on site.
  • Manage with tech partners or developers on website updates, integrations, or performance issues.
  • Lead asset acquisition and coordination with Creative to produce website banner updates regularly
  • Manage content calendars and timelines for web updates, launches, and seasonal refreshes.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years experience working on ecommerce websites (preferably in consumer goods or collector-focused categories).
  • Familiar with Shopify and headless setup
  • Experience with Google Analytics and SEO tools.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a good understanding of website design best practices.
  • Bonus:
  • knowledge of the collectibles or trading card market
  • familiarity with inventory management systems (Thrive), CMS and Rewards Programs platforms
  • experience with integration of sweepstakes and lead generation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
