Ecommerce Content & Website Coordinator

Soho, Part Time / Freelance / Hybrid

Little Moony is looking for a detail oriented Ecommerce Content & Website Coordinator to support our online store and help keep our digital flagship polished, accurate, and on brand. This role will assist with product uploads, product descriptions, image placement, collection updates, homepage edits, SEO content, and general website merchandising.

The ideal candidate is organized, visually thoughtful, comfortable working in Shopify, and has a strong eye for brand presentation. This person should enjoy working with product details, images, copy, and website layout while helping create a beautiful and seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

This is a part time freelance role. The candidate must be available to meet in person in Soho, New York, as needed for product reviews, content planning, and website updates.

Responsibilities Include:

• Upload and update products on the Little Moony website
• Add and organize product images, descriptions, pricing, variants, and tags
• Write and refine product copy in the Little Moony brand voice
• Update product collections, homepage sections, banners, and landing pages
• Support SEO updates, including meta titles, descriptions, image alt text, and product keywords
• Review website pages for accuracy, formatting, broken links, and visual presentation
• Help merchandise products online so the website feels fresh, elevated, and easy to shop
• Coordinate with the team to gather product information, images, and content needs

Qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify or another ecommerce platform preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Good visual eye for layout, product presentation, and brand consistency
• Comfortable working with product information, images, and website content
• Detail oriented, reliable, and able to follow through on assigned tasks
• Must be available to meet in person in Soho, New York, as needed
• Interest in children’s fashion, retail, ecommerce, or premium lifestyle brands is a plus

Compensation and Schedule:

Hourly, based on experience.
Part time freelance, with hours based on website and product content needs.
