Job Description:
This role assists in supporting Site Merchandising, UX, and Front-End Development to deliver a best-in-class
online shopping experience. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with the day-to-day execution of core
ecommerce functions, ensuring our client websites are optimized, seamless, and customer friendly.

Key Responsibilities:- Set up new items with strong attention to planning, copywriting, detail, and quality assurance within
deadlines
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to gather product photography and descriptions for
launches and updates
- Partner with Marketing and UX teams to implement homepage refreshes, seasonal updates,
markdowns, and SEO enhancements
- Conduct QA testing for site features, seasonal updates, and product launches
- Monitor site performance and user experience to help drive traffic and sales
- Maintain and distribute reporting dashboards, providing insights and recommendations
- Manage promo code programs, including creation, monitoring, and redemption tracking within SLA
- Support the launch and setup of new client websites
- Benchmark industry standards and suggest site improvements
Requirements:- Ecommerce experience in retail preferred, particularly with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Strong copywriting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, positive attitude
