eCommerce Coordinator and Shopify expert

Online Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive online sales growth through website optimization and merchandising
• Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, AOV, and cart abandonment
• Implement upselling, cross-selling, bundles, and promotional strategies
• Manage discount codes, sales campaigns, and seasonal offers (UAE events & holidays)
• Coordinate flash sales, free delivery offers, and limited-time promotions

Manage and optimize our Shopify website at a professional level

• Handle product uploads, pricing, inventory, collections, and SEO data
• Drive online sales growth through promotions, upselling, and website optimization
• Manage UAE-specific operations (VAT, COD, local deliveries, refunds)
• Oversee online orders and ensure smooth customer experience
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, banners, and landing pages
• Monitor sales performance, analytics, and conversion rates

Requirements:

• Proven UAE e-commerce experience
• Expert-level Shopify knowledge (must)
• Strong understanding of online sales, conversions, and customer journeys
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with warehouse, retail stores, and logistics teams
• Ensure inventory synchronization between online store and physical branches
• Maintain brand consistency across website visuals, content, and promotions
• Follow company policies and UAE e-commerce regulations
