Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on ecommerce platforms
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customer support teams
• Monitor orders, inventory, and product availability
• Assist in online promotions and campaign execution
• Prepare basic reports and maintain ecommerce data
• Ensure smooth daily ecommerce operations

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate (BBA, MBA, Commerce, Marketing, IT or related field preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
