Ecommerce Driver - Fashion Retail

Job Description

As an E-commerce Driver at Junior Couture, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring that each delivery reflects the quality and aesthetic of our luxury brand. You will be responsible for same-day delivery of clothing items to our valued customers, ensuring punctuality, safety, and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently transport luxury clothing items to customers within designated delivery areas.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on the same day and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a seamless and memorable delivery experience.
• Handle all clothing items with care, ensuring they remain in pristine condition throughout the delivery process.
• Coordinate closely with the customer service team regarding orders and delivery updates.
• Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and brand representation at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling luxury clothing items.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to join immediately.

Work Schedule & Assignment Details:

• Working hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Two breaks per day
• Daily assignment to Abu Dhabi deliveries
• Driver will start from Dubai, deliver in Abu Dhabi, and return to Dubai each day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,200.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
