Ecommerce Executive

This job entails all tasks associated with an ecommerce store. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Customer Service:

• Confirm orders and respond to queries on call, SMS or Whatsapp or social media
• Handle incoming calls (take orders, guide about pricing, provide order updates and coordinate with courier services for delivery)
• Make calls to notify about order changes or status updates

Data Entry:

• New entry of products, corrections for changes related to size, packaging or price
• Turning off out of stock or discontinued products

Shipping:

• Book and edit consignments
• Follow up on pending shipments, make complaints or coordinate deliveries as possible

Previous experience will be appreciated but is not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs32,000.00 per month
