About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, understands digital marketing, and can optimize customer experience across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (EBAY & AMAZON)
- The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for daily tasks related to managing the online sales platform, account management, team management, and sales management.
- Upload and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).
- Oversee order processing, inventory coordination, and timely deliveries.
- Monitor platform performance and execute strategies to increase conversions and sales.
- Run and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and platform-sponsored ads.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
Requirements
- OWN VISA PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Strong understanding of online customer behavior and sales funnels.
- Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong understanding of the end-to-end online user journey and buying habits
- Track inventory levels and monitor best sellers and out-of-stock products
- Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of product categories, key competitors, and market trends
