Job Description: As an Etsy Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our Etsy store's performance and enhancing its visibility within the platform. You will work closely with our Graphics Designer, content creators, and other team members to ensure a seamless and appealing shopping experience for our customers. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Listing Management: Create, edit, and manage product listings, ensuring they are well-optimized with appropriate keywords and tags.

Pricing Strategy: Monitor and adjust pricing to remain competitive while maximizing profitability.

Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' listings, pricing, and strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

SEO: Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to boost our store's visibility in Etsy's search results.

Etsy Ads: Run and optimize Etsy advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the Graphics Designer and content creators to create visually appealing and compelling product listings.

Customer Engagement: Effectively and promptly respond to customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Coupon Management: Create and manage coupon codes to attract and retain customers.

Feedback Monitoring: Continuously monitor and respond to customer feedback to maintain a positive reputation.

Branding: Maintain the quality and creativity of store branding and designs to ensure a consistent and appealing brand image.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of managing Etsy store experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
