Ecommerce Intern

Key Responsibilities

Seller Onboarding & Activation

  • Manage seller journey from onboarding to first successful order
  • Ensure sellers complete profile, bank setup, and store integration
  • Track onboarding gaps and proactively drive activation
  • Reduce time-to-first-order for new sellers

Seller Enablement & Performance Acceleration

  • Equip sellers with the right paid and unpaid tools including:
  • Ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat – guidance level)
  • Creatives & content direction
  • Product selection support
  • Market and category insights
  • Educate sellers on platform workflows, order flow, and best practices
  • Share weekly performance tips, product insights, and growth hacks

Seller Retention & Growth

  • Monitor seller performance and engagement levels
  • Identify churn risk and intervene early
  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned seller portfolio
  • Retain sellers within the Zambeel system

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for e-commerce, consumer trends, and online shopping behaviors.
  • Strong research skills and an eye for what’s new and popular.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of product sourcing or online merchandising is a plus.
  • A self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Good to have experience

  • Shopify knowledge
  • Meta Ads / TikTok Ads (basic understanding)
  • COD ecommerce markets (UAE / KSA / GCC)
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
  • CRM or ticketing system exposure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per month
