Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement end-to-end e-commerce strategy, including sales targets and channel expansion (brand site, marketplaces).
- Website Management: Oversee site design, functionality, content, merchandising, and product listings to enhance user experience (UX).
- Digital Marketing: Manage campaigns across SEO, SEM (PPC), email, social media, and affiliates to drive traffic and conversions.
- Performance Optimization: Use A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data analysis to improve sales funnels and customer journey.
- Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs (traffic, AOV, CAC, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics, reporting insights to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, marketing, creative, logistics, and customer service teams for seamless operations.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional offers, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Team Leadership: May involve hiring, training, and managing junior e-commerce staff.
